Quadra Island
Quadra Island is located within the Strait of Georgia, between Vancouver Island and the Mainland, on the west coast of Canada. Quadra is part of a number of other islands that together make what is called the Discovery Islands. Some of these other islands include Cortes, Read, Maurelle, Sonora, and more. Quadra Island has a population of approximately 2,500. During the summer season, it gets a little busier when travelers from all over come to visit and enjoy the many outdoor activities that Quadra has to offer.
